- Building & Security : Liaises with building agents/government bodies; manages building operations, security, and CCTV systems.
- Vehicle Management : Oversees vehicle use and maintenance, including driver tags and CabCharge reconciliation.
- Tenancy & Equipment : Manages workstation moves, facility-related contracts, equipment acquisition/maintenance, and uniform contracts.
- Asset Control : Ensures return of equipment upon staff termination.
- Project Support : Coordinates facility upgrades and alterations.
- Additional Tasks : Performs other duties as required.
- Understanding of facilities systems and experience managing contractors to deliver building-related services.

- Experience identifying and mitigating operational and Work Health and Safety (WHS) risks.
