Responsible for:Coordinating the development of business continuity plans including the monitoring of operational risk.Managing the physical and security environment for the workforce and ensuring all staff are inducted on building facilities and safety.Appointment Conditions

Role-Specific Responsibilities
  • WHS Risk Management : Works with leaders to register and monitor WHS risks.
  • Emergency Preparedness : Acts as Emergency Response Officer and coordinates related staff training.
  • Facility Support : Provides resources and amenities for business continuity; inducts new staff on facilities.
  • Building & Security : Liaises with building agents/government bodies; manages building operations, security, and CCTV systems.
  • Vehicle Management : Oversees vehicle use and maintenance, including driver tags and CabCharge reconciliation.
  • Tenancy & Equipment : Manages workstation moves, facility-related contracts, equipment acquisition/maintenance, and uniform contracts.
  • Asset Control : Ensures return of equipment upon staff termination.
  • Project Support : Coordinates facility upgrades and alterations.
  • Additional Tasks : Performs other duties as required.
Essential Criteria * Facilities Knowledge & Contractor Management
  • Understanding of facilities systems and experience managing contractors to deliver building-related services.
  • Communication Skills
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills; effective stakeholder engagement at all levels.
  • Risk Management (WHS Focus)
  • Experience identifying and mitigating operational and Work Health and Safety (WHS) risks.

Desirable Criteria * Asset Management Experience
  • Experience managing physical assets in large, diverse organisations.
