- SOE tech with Intune, Config Manager & VDI in a complex enterprise environment.

- Lead the creation, deployment, and maintenance of the Standard Operating Environment (SOE) across all end user devices including desktops, laptops, virtual machines, kiosks, and mobile devices.
- Manage Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (Config Manager & Intune), Horizon VDI, and oversee patching, application packaging, automated distribution, and version control.
- Administer system configurations, policies, firmware, and automation scripts to ensure a secure and optimised environment.
- Maintain desktop images, plan and execute hardware and OS upgrades, and manage the full lifecycle of software and drivers.
- Provide expert level support to users and projects, ensuring timely incident resolution and proactive service delivery.
- Collaborate with vendors, manage software licensing and toolsets, and oversee asset lifecycle planning.
- Ensure compliance with change management processes and cybersecurity standards, including application whitelisting and patch management.
- Promote a safety conscious culture and ensure adherence to occupational health and safety procedures.
- Strong technical expertise in Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager, Intune, Autopilot, and Endpoint Analytics.
- Proficiency in Active Directory, Group Policy, and scripting (PowerShell, VBScript, Batch).
- Experience with enterprise scale software deployments and modern endpoint management strategies.
- A proactive, analytical mindset with excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
- Strong communication and customer service abilities, with a focus on collaboration and continuous improvement.
