We bring diversity of thought, backgrounds, and experience to every Business Unit across Coles Supermarkets and Liquor.About the roleReporting to the National Standards Manager, utilise your background in retail design and architectural documentation to manage the brand standards in aesthetics, safety, operational efficiencies, cost and design across our Coles Supermarket, Coles Local and Coles Liquor brands.You'll also:

Create blueprint and format plans for our 3 Coles brands
Ensure all applicable legislative requirements are considered and incorporated into the box designs
Manage the documentation process for all Typicals, Standard drawings, Visual Identity documents and blueprints.
Oversee information sharing with internal and external stakeholders.
Participate in site visits to review standards and ensure safety compliance

About you and your skillsYou'll need:

Previous experience in retail planning with some design, commercial and financial understanding desirable
Ability to manage construction consultants including architects, engineers and quantity surveyors
Experience presenting to Senior leaders or large groups over Webex
Working knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit
Have some financial understanding of key metrics required to improve Return on equity
Degree in architecture or engineering will be well regarded
