White Fox is a globally recognised fashion brand loved by babes and celebs worldwide.Established in 2013 and based in Sydney, Australia, White Fox has quickly become the go-to online fashion destination and is continuing to take over wardrobes everywhere.Due to internal progression, we’re looking for a Senior Social Media Specialist to join our growing team located in Rosebery. This role is dynamic and fast-pace perfect for someone who lives and breathes both social media and content creation. You’ll be creating content, jumping on trends, and travelling for brand trips, events, and activations.Main Responsibilities:

Create high-impact, viral, trend-driven content across TikTok, Instagram and more
Be a consistent on-camera presence - filming and producing engaging content that aligns with White Fox’s voice and brand for White Fox social platforms
Monitor social trends, sounds, memes, and moments and proactively jumping on relevant opportunities
Create social plans for brand trips, events, campaigns, marketing activities (sales,ect) and activations
Attend brand trips, campaign shoots, events, and activations, capturing real-time content that aligns with the White Fox brand
Lead the creative direction of day-to-day content, pitching and executing fresh ideas that elevate the brand’s social presence
Collaborate with the PR, Design, and Creative teams to bring cohesive storytelling to life across channels
Work closely with the Social Media Manager to make sure content vibes with launches, drops, and bigger campaigns
Report on performance and content engagement to help refine and evolve strategy over time
Push creative boundaries while keeping White Fox’s voice and style authentic and relatable

Requirements

You live and breathe social media and are obsessed with staying ahead of trends, viral challenges, and platform updates
Confident and natural on camera - you know how to engage and entertain an audience with ease
Proven experience creating content that grabs attention and drives engagement on TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat, and other key platforms
Strong creative vision and the ability to pitch fresh ideas that align with brand DNA and audience vibes
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment where speed and quality both matter
Solid skills in filming, editing, and basic post-production using tools like CapCut and InShot or similar
Highly organised and proactive - able to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Flexible availability to accommodate brand trips, events, or reactive content moments outside traditional hours
