  • Act as a trusted advisor to leaders, providing strategic HR guidance aligned with business goals.
  • Collaborate with teams to drive workforce planning and talent management initiatives.
  • Partner with stakeholders to develop and implement change management strategies.
  • Provide expert advice on employee relations and performance management matters.
  • Support the development and execution of HR policies and procedures.
  • Analyse workforce data to identify trends and recommend proactive solutions.
  • Facilitate learning and development programs to build organisational capability.
  • Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives across the organisation.
The Successful ApplicantA successful Strategic Business Partner must have:
  • Relevant qualifications in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a blue collar workforce environment
  • At least 10 years of experience as an HR Generalist
  • Proven experience in a strategic HR role, within the Public Sector.
  • Strong understanding of workforce planning and organisational design.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Ability to analyse and interpret workforce data effectively.
  • Knowledge of employment legislation and compliance requirements.
  • A proactive and solutions-focused approach to challenges.
