- Act as a trusted advisor to leaders, providing strategic HR guidance aligned with business goals.
- Collaborate with teams to drive workforce planning and talent management initiatives.
- Partner with stakeholders to develop and implement change management strategies.
- Provide expert advice on employee relations and performance management matters.
- Support the development and execution of HR policies and procedures.
- Analyse workforce data to identify trends and recommend proactive solutions.
- Facilitate learning and development programs to build organisational capability.
- Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives across the organisation.
- Relevant qualifications in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a blue collar workforce environment
- At least 10 years of experience as an HR Generalist
- Proven experience in a strategic HR role, within the Public Sector.
- Strong understanding of workforce planning and organisational design.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Ability to analyse and interpret workforce data effectively.
- Knowledge of employment legislation and compliance requirements.
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach to challenges.
