This role is ideal for someone passionate about person-centred care, especially supporting clients with complex needs.You’ll mentor staff, guide behaviour support strategies, and work closely with clients and their networks to ensure safety, inclusion, and positive outcomes.Benefits:
Pay rates from $38.65 – $41.45 (SCHAD’s Award Level 3, based on experience/qualifications)

Skills and Experience:Essential:
Proven experience in high-intensity, person-centred disability support
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to mentor and model best practice
Certificate III or IV in Disability Support (or equivalent)
Current NSW Working with Children’s Check, NDIS Worker Screening, Police Check, First Aid, and Driver’s Licence
Desirable:
Experience leading complex care reviews
Knowledge of NDIS Practice Standards and legislative requirements
