Manage end-to-end project delivery from feasibility through construction to completion.
Lead project planning, budgeting, and program management.
Engage and coordinate consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.
Drive project outcomes, ensuring quality, cost, and timelines are met.
Identify risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.

About You

Proven experience as a Project Manager in high-end multi-level residential (projects $50M+).
Strong commercial acumen with ability to manage budgets and contracts.
Exceptional stakeholder management and leadership skills.
Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline preferred.
