Supervise the daily operations of Blu Bar, ensuring smooth service and guest satisfaction.
Lead and motivate our talented team, setting the standard for outstanding service.
Maximize profitability by maintaining operational efficiency and upholding the highest service standards.
Collaborate with the management team to create exciting experiences for our guests.
Keep the energy high and the vibes even higher, all while maintaining attention to detail.
Create Signature cocktails from a variety of spirits and from you knowledge.
About You:
Previous experience in a supervisory role within food and beverage (hotel experience is a plus!).
A passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
Strong leadership and communication skills to inspire your team.
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while keeping your cool.
