✨ Backed by a major insurer – plenty of opportunities to grow your careerWhat You’ll DoLead, coach, and support a Customer Assist team across Assessment Scheduling, Make Safes, Home Assist, and Motor Third Party claimsGuide and train new Case Managers as they come on boardDrive a customer-first approach, balancing empathy with urgency to move claims forwardSupport complex escalations and ensure compliance with processesMonitor team performance and deliver continuous improvementsBuild strong relationships with stakeholders across the wider groupAbout YouWe’re looking for a resilient and customer-centric leader who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. You’ll bring:
βœ” Proven experience in team leadership in an Insurance, Financial Services, Customer service or call centre environment
βœ” Ideally, exposure to insurance, building, or construction
βœ” Strong coaching skills and a genuine desire to build leadership capability in others
βœ” The ability to juggle competing priorities with a calm and mature approach
