β Proven experience in team leadership in an Insurance, Financial Services, Customer service or call centre environment
β Ideally, exposure to insurance, building, or construction
β Strong coaching skills and a genuine desire to build leadership capability in others
β The ability to juggle competing priorities with a calm and mature approach
