Each one dedicated to giving every child the best start in life. And each well-respected for the work it does.What you will doThe DSR Officer is a member of the Digital Solutions & Resources team. The role of DSR Officer is to support staff in the use of ICT hardware, peripherals and software, and to work with other members of the DSR team in the administration, monitoring and maintenance of Big Fat Smile's infrastructure and key systems.What you need to succeed

3 years of IT experience and a tertiary qualification in IT.
Experience in Desktop, Server, Networking, Cloud and Applications matters.
Demonstrable experience in managing vendors relationships.
Experience in the Not-For-Profit (For Purpose) sector is ideal.
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
Knowledge of Essential 8, NIST and IS27001 ideal.
Previous experience in systems analysis, business analysis and project management ideal.
Strong understanding of technology trends, security practices and compliance requirements.
Current driver's license.
Cleared Valid for paid work, working with Children's Check (WWCC)
