Job Description:The CompanyWe're partnering with one of Australia's most iconic retail brands, headquartered in Melbourne and known for its rich history, strong market presence and loyal customer base. Following a recent high-profile acquisition, this powerhouse is entering a new phase of innovation and growth, making it an incredibly exciting time to come on board.As part of a major transformation journey, the business is rolling out a brand-new ERP system across its operations. This is your opportunity to join a high-impact program from the ground up, help shape the future state of a large and complex retail organisation, and work alongside some of the best in the business. This role will be an 8 month FTC contract role reporting into the Project Manager.The RoleReporting to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for but not limited to;
  • Lead the creation of detailed business requirement documents to inform system design and delivery
  • Conduct gap analysis reporting to identify functional and process differences between current and future states
  • Facilitate workshops with key stakeholders to gather insights, confirm requirements, and drive alignment
  • Develop and complete comprehensive solution design documentation
  • Support the implementation of a new Core ERP system as part of a major transformation program
  • Map and document end-to-end business processes - both current and future state
  • Collaborate with business leads to streamline reporting and analysis procedures using best practice principles
  • Assist with the development and maintenance of the ERP project plan, in partnership with the ERP Project Manager
  • Act as a technical lead during system configuration and user acceptance testing
  • Drive data migration readiness, including data cleansing and validation activities
  • Support the redesign of work papers and schedules to enable efficient data integration
  • Maintain an internal issue and improvement log, supporting resolution and continuous process improvement
Your Profile
  • Proven experience with the ERP implementations and Netsuite
  • Strong analytical skills and demonstrated problem solving skills. Proven ability to easily troubleshoot, document, escalate, track and resolve issues. Ability to develop strategies, and implement solutions
  • Background in Finance and finance ERP projects
  • Strong process improvement, automation and finance transformation experience
