The RoleJoin a leading Australian retail organisation as a Business Analyst, where you'll play a key role connecting business needs with smart technical solutions. In this hybrid role, you'll work across platforms using your skills in SQL, stakeholder engagement, and process design to drive innovation across retail, warehousing, and logistics operations.Responsibilities

Lead requirement gathering sessions with cross-functional business stakeholders to understand needs and identify system enhancements.
Design scalable and effective technical solutions that align with business goals, leveraging expertise in Pronto ERP and Koerber WMS.
Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications for development and implementation.
Serve as a key liaison between business users, developers, and vendors to ensure successful solution delivery.
Develop and maintain high-quality documentation, including technical specifications, user guides, and knowledge base articles for subject matter experts (SMEs) and end users.
Support system administration activities, including configuration, permissions management, and patching for ERP and WMS systems.
Act as a senior escalation point for system support issues, coordinating resolution efforts across IT and vendor teams.
