- Brisbane CBD location with flexibility to WFH 2 days per week
- Demonstrable experience in stakeholder engagement within large-scale IT or system implementation projects, preferably in human capital management
- Implement the stakeholder engagement strategy for the Human Capital Management System (HCMS) program, aligning with the overarching business objectives.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders across various departments to promote buy-in and support for the HCMS implementation.
- Execution of a comprehensive communication plan to inform and engage employees throughout the lifecycle of the HCMS program.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including IT, HR, and change management, to ensure consistent messaging and program alignment.
- Manage the HCMS program's presence on internal communication channels, such as intranet sites, newsletters, and all-hands meetings.
- Organise stakeholder feedback to inform program decisions and enhance user satisfaction with the HCMS rollout.
- Assess the effectiveness of engagement activities and make data-driven adjustments to strategies as needed.
- Oversee the planning and execution of engagement events, such as webinars, workshops, and Q&A sessions, tailored to different user groups.
- Advise program leadership on stakeholder concerns, potential resistance, or risks that could impact program success.
- Facilitate the program's change advocate network to foster positive change within their respective areas.
- Collaborate with training teams to ensure that program engagement efforts are synchronised with training schedules and materials.
- Ensure that all program communications are clear, concise, and accessible, reflecting the organisation's voice and brand.
- Work closely with external vendors and consultants as required, to ensure their contributions align with the program's engagement strategy.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the program's objectives, timelines, and deliverables, acting as a knowledgeable point of contact for stakeholders.
- Create reports for program leadership and stakeholders on engagement activities, progress, and insights.
- Experience in implementing and measuring the success of communication plans and engagement initiatives.
- Experience with change management approaches and understanding the human side of change in the context of technology implementations.
- Strong project management skills, including planning, prioritisation, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient with digital communication platforms, social media, and content management systems to facilitate program communications.
- Ability to analyse qualitative and quantitative data to inform engagement strategies and decision-making.
- Skilled in facilitating discussions, presenting to groups, and conducting workshops and training sessions.
- Adept at creating and managing content for diverse internal communication channels.
- High degree of adaptability, with the capacity to adjust strategies in response to feedback or changing organisational needs.
- Collaborative mindset with experience working in cross-functional teams and liaising with external vendors or partners.
- Knowledgeable about the principles and practices related to Human Capital Management Systems and their impact on organisational operations.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and exercising discretion when handling sensitive information.
- Demonstrable experience in stakeholder engagement within large-scale IT or system implementation projects, preferably in human capital management.
- Strong strategic thinking abilities, with a proven track record of executing successful engagement strategies.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of crafting and distributing clear, effective messages to a variety of audiences.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, from front-line staff to senior executives.
