- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on contract progress and timeframes.
- Manage end-to-end Request for Proposals (RFPs), from requirements definition to contract agreement, while guiding stakeholder groups.
- Respond to enquiries related to existing contracts, ensure alignment with global standards and supply agreements, and contribute to the evaluation of new initiatives.
- Participate in evaluating key contract renewals.
- Contribute to Supplier Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR) and translate outcomes into actionable contract management plans.
- Monitor and manage vendor performance against agreed service levels and develop and implement continuous improvement plans with vendors for services.
- Represent Harvey Norman in all vendor management reviews and discussions and assist with the development of training materials by vendors for franchisee audiences.
- Manage weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting commitments for all stakeholders, and handle ad hoc reporting as needed.
- Be able to both identify and manage risks and opportunities from successful vendor proposals.
- Support by leading discussions and initiatives to drive sales growth, developing best practices for point of sale, and providing assistance with customer complaints.
- Identify, review, and mitigate any compliance related risks or issues to the satisfaction of the management team.
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
