As part of your role, you will oversee the conceptual and detailed engineering of the Solar project. This involves developing specifications and collaborating with management to address any engineering concerns that may arise.Your duties and responsibilities will include:
- Planning and conducting professional engineering work without direct supervision.
- Consult, recommend, and advise on specialist engineering areas
- Supervise and co-ordinate multi-disciplined design activities.
- Control and manage technical interfaces between disciplines, with equipment suppliers and subcontractors.
- Assist in the preparation of the forecast and the constructability of projects.
- Supervise commissioning activities with the site commissioning teams
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering, Renewable Energy or related field.
- Bringing extensive experience in Solar PV Engineering, with a strong background in utility-scale solar projects up to 100MW.
- Skilled in PVSyst, Cymcap, PVCase, RatedPower PV Design
- Known for strong analytical thinking, effective problem-solving, and clear communication.
- Comfortable working collaboratively in diverse teams, managing multiple projects, and maintaining a strategic focus.
- Open to travel for site-based work as needed.
