As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a passionate and experienced Manager – Inclusion & Future Talent to drive our Inclusion & Diversity (I&D) agenda and shape our Early Careers programs, ensuring Jetstar attracts, develops and retains a diverse and talented workforce.Reporting to the Head of Organisational Development, you will:
  • Lead the execution of Jetstar’s I&D strategy, embedding inclusive practices across recruitment, development, and workforce planning.
  • Deliver impactful programs that increase representation of First Nations peoples, women in underrepresented roles, and people living with disability.
  • Design and manage Early Careers initiatives including graduates, interns, apprenticeships, and school-based programs, creating strong talent pipelines for the future.
  • Partner with senior leaders, universities, schools, industry bodies and community partners to strengthen Jetstar’s brand and impact.
  • Provide thought leadership and insights to influence business decisions, backed by robust data and reporting.
About You
  • 5+ years’ experience in Inclusion & Diversity, Organisational Development, or generalist HR.
  • A track record of delivering practical I&D programs and early talent initiatives.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management capability.
  • Energy, resilience and adaptability in fast-paced, complex environments.
  • Degree qualifications in Business, HR, or a related discipline desirable.
