Contract Site Manager

Due to multiple successful tenders they are looking for an experienced Site Manager to run a project for initial shell fit out to completion ready for handover with medium to high end finishes. You will report directly to major stakeholders and the project manager.Skills and Experience
- Come from a trade background
- Previous construction and refurbishment experience will be considered
- Experience completing projects within the $5mil+ range is an advantage
- Must have QBCC Supervisors or Builders license
- Must have First Aid certification
- Working days through to the Christmas break on a commercial project
- Developing a working relationship
- Potential opportunity for additional assignments and ongoing work
- Competitive rates of pay available (PAYG or PTY LTD)
