Location: Melbourne (St Kilda Road/CBD – Hybrid)We’re partnering with a highly regarded Australian organisation currently experiencing growth and transformation across its project portfolio. As they uplift delivery standards and improve frameworks, a new opportunity has opened for an experienced PMO Analyst to join the team on an initial 3-month daily rate contract.This is a Melbourne-based role (2–3 days in office). Only local applicants with full working rights will be considered.What You’ll Be Doing: Working closely with project and program leaders, you’ll play a key role in the refinement of project delivery frameworks, tools, and processes. This is a hands-on role that offers the chance to drive real impact and influence how delivery teams operate.Your focus areas will include (but not limited to):
- Enhancing project risk and financial management practices
- Supporting the uplift of business case development and effort estimation
- Leading workshops with PMs and stakeholders to co-design improved tools and templates
- Creating high-quality process documentation, Quick Reference Guides (QRGs), FAQs, and communications materials
- Contributing to training, coaching, or quality reviews where required
- Proven experience in a PMO Analyst role within a PPM environment
- Strong knowledge of project delivery frameworks and methodologies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative to identify and address delivery gaps
- A collaborative, pragmatic approach and a desire to support continuous improvement

- Contract Type: Daily rate, 3-month initial term
