- A strong background in business development within Federal Government
- Previous experience in a similar role leading and building a portfolio of clients for a tech consultancy, systems integrator or professional services firm
- A proven track record in originating and closing large multi-million dollar deals
- An expert in consultative and solution sales
- A strong background in sales with a strong network of C level government and large enterprise contacts
- Extensive experience selling solutions and services in cloud, digital transformation, application modernisation, data and AI
- A strong leader that can mentor, guide and motivate
- The ability to drive complex bids, RFP and RFQ’s
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport across various levels
- The ability to build relationships within a complex enterprise and government clients
- A passionate self-starter with a collaborative attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate
- Exceptional stakeholder management and interpersonal skills driven by sales success
- A consultative approach with the ability to have value-led conversations
