Synergie Australia are seeking a reliable and motivated Assembler to join our growing team. If you have a background in assisting with trades such as plumbing, carpentry, or other manual trades, and are ready to apply your practical knowledge in a warehouse or manufacturing setting, we want to hear from you!Key Responsibilities:
Assemble and fit products according to specifications and detailed instructions.
Utilize hand tools, power tools, and machinery to carry out assembly work efficiently.
Work closely with team members to ensure product quality and timely delivery.
Assist with troubleshooting and resolving mechanical or assembly-related issues.
Support the team with general warehouse duties, including stock control and inventory management.
Maintain a safe and clean work environment by adhering to safety procedures and company policies.
Follow and execute detailed instructions for assembly, including reading blueprints, technical drawings, or work orders.
Provide support to various trade teams, including plumbing and carpentry, as required.
Skills & Experience:
Proven experience as a Trade Assistant, Assembler, or in a similar hands-on role.
Background in plumbing, carpentry, or other relevant trade experience highly desirable.
Strong understanding of hand tools, power tools, and machinery.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and assembly instructions.
Experience with manual handling, assembly line processes, and quality control.
Good understanding of workplace safety procedures and protocols.
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Desirable Qualifications:
Trade certification in plumbing, carpentry, or similar fields (preferred).
Forklift license (desirable but not mandatory).
White Card (construction site safety certification).
