- Experience managing a team of senior data professionals (3–4+ direct reports)
- Strong background in statistics or analytics
- Proven ability to lead and successfully deliver large-scale data projects
- Solid understanding of data structure, governance, and flow
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable working across time zones and handling regional data limitations
- Ability to hit the ground running this is a high-responsibility role with minimal ramp-up
- Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud data platforms
- Technical experience in data engineering or analytics
- Exposure to large-scale data architecture or LM model implementations
- Lead a team of 4 senior data professionals
- Own and manage the delivery of complex, multi-region data projects
- Serve as the key point of contact for all data-related client inquiries
- Work closely with the data engineering team to evolve our architecture
- Provide proactive, scalable data solutions and strategic recommendations
- Maintain ownership of critical datasets ensuring accuracy, structure, and usability
- Manage BAU operations and drive efficiency across the team
- Represent data operations to executive leadership and contribute to strategic planning
