- Providing administrative support to litigation team leads, including complex diary management and meeting logistics
- Assisting with litigation matter management, document requests, and discovery reviews
- Formatting, proofreading, and preparing legal documents, reports, and presentations
- Managing the team's professional learning requirements and key team dates
- Handling financial reporting, invoice management, and coordinating settlement payments
- Improving team processes and efficiencies
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders, filtering enquiries, and directing requests appropriately
- Supporting the Senior Assistant in organising team events and training new starters
- 2 to 3 years' experience in a similar role, preferably within a legal or professional services environment
- Experience as a legal secretary, legal assistant or team assistant in a private practice or in-house setting would be highly regarded
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced workplace, managing multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong administrative and organisational skills, with proficiency in MS Office
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
- A proactive mindset, with the ability to anticipate needs and improve processes
- A keen eye for detail, ensuring accuracy in documents and correspondence
