This permanent full-time role will have you working day today with diverse client facing advisors and their clients. Encompassing multiple offices and a wide variety of clients, no two days are the same in this fast-paced role!About the Operations teamBlueRock Operations supports our advisory divisions to make our BlueRock employees' lives easier. Our Operations team comprises finance, people & culture, marketing and IT professionals. We are pioneers of innovation and are always on the lookout for ways to improve processes so our teams can get back to the important stuff, supporting our clientsWhat you’ll be doing
- Following up proactively with outstanding accounts to ensure payment
- Manage end to end collections on a large client base with a friendly and positive outlook to keep up our outstanding reputation
- Drive productivity and efficiency through high level administrative skills
- Work closely with client facing teams to drive the collection process and enhance the client experience
- 1 year of relevant work experience either full time or while studying a relevant tertiary education in an Accounts Receivable role or similar position is highly regarded.
- Strong procedural mindset and high attention to detail as well as the ability to learn quickly on the job
- Willingness to make outbound phone calls to clients
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously with a proactive approach
