Weu0027re looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Payroll officer to join our team. In this role, youu0027ll be responsible for delivering accurate and timely payroll services across all payroll functions. - Ensure that all payroll functions are carried out in accordance with the standard payroll procedures.
- Contribute to Bolton Clarke’s compliance obligations through the analysis of data, trends and assistance provided to all levels of the business.
- Make payments to superannuation funds and ensure compliance with the Superannuation Guarantee Legislation.
- Participate in the computerised processing of the fortnightly payroll and maintain master file data for all employees.
- Contribute by “working on the system” to improve both payroll systems and processes in order to remain current with best practice.
- Process all pay enquiries in a timely manner and communicate to staff and/or managers regarding outcomes from such enquiries.
- 2-3 yearsu0027 experience in a computerised payroll environment, preferably in a large, multisite organisation.
- Computer skills in software applications including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Pay Global and Human Force (or similar).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, together with a commitment to providing high level customer service.
