Our advanced logistics network stretches across the State, connecting the growers of WA with our people, and providing opportunities for career growth in different roles and locations.If it's good people, good work, great opportunities and a great lifestyle you want, CBH is what you're looking for.The RoleWe have an exciting opportunity for a Coordinator - Harvest Quality, to join our Esperance Zone on a full time 6-month fixed term basis.You will be responsible for ensuring the in-loading and out-loading of grain quality within the Zone throughout Harvest, whilst supporting the execution, organisation and administration of quality management processes and systems.Key Responsibilities
  • Provide guidance to site staff in relation to current quality standards and any issues regarding quality systems
  • Coordinate and deliver grain quality training for CBH staff to ensure compliance with CBH grain quality practices
  • Ensure contaminated commodities are promptly detected and the required documentation and CBH processes are adhered to
  • Provide guidance to growers in relation to current quality standards
  • Ensure the zone is effectively controlling grain insects and other pests; detection and management of chemical residues and other contaminates; effective segregation, handling and testing of GM and non-GM grains
About you
  • Previous experience in grain sampling combined with the ability to successfully complete the CBH Grain Sampling certificate
  • Proven ability to plan and communicate effectively and manage competing priorities
  • Competent in the operation of Microsoft Office suite of products
  • Proven experience in the delivery of training (desirable)
  • Ability to work at heights, bend, stretch, lift, climb and be deemed physically fit in accordance with the CBH operational worker pre-employment medical
