Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our market presence in the Industrial and Telecom sector. Work closely with internal Engineering teams to assist development of new products to meet customer needs Prepare tenders for products to secure key RFP's. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers. Present and demonstrate our products to potential clients, highlighting their benefits and unique features. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify threats and opportunities. Provide regular updates to the team and via Salesforce on business development activities, progress, and outcomes. Attend industry events and conferences to represent the company and build professional networks. Electrical Engineering Qualifications preferred - either trade qualification or degree. Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the electrical industry. Strong understanding of DC Power solutions. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships. Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Willingness to travel as required.
