As a Financial Accountant in this team, you will oversee the general ledger, execute month-end/year-end processes, prepare compliance reports, and liaise closely with auditors to ensure the organisation consistently meets accounting regulations. This is a temporary role perfect for professionals with demonstrated proficiency in financial reporting, reconciliations, payroll processing, and tax compliance.Your Profile:
You are an experienced Financial Accountant with a strong background in general ledger management, financial reporting, and audit processes. You are detail-oriented and skilled at compliance across BAS, GST, FBT, and payroll obligations. Your ability to maintain and improve internal controls is critical to support the organisation's objectives.What is required from you:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in financial accounting or similar roles
- Proven expertise in month-end/year-end processes and reporting
- Advanced knowledge of accounting standards and tax compliance (BAS, GST, FBT)
- Experience with payroll processing and intercompany transactions
- High-level communication and organisational skills
