
HR Business Partner

- Work as part of the APAC People team in support of the regional people strategy, focused on Linesight Australia business operations in Sydney and Melbourne
- Build strong partnerships with the business leaders to help coach and advise on all people related matters and strategy
- Be the point of contact for employee relations issues and solutions, ensuring employees and managers are provided with the necessary support
- Coach, develop and mentor leaders within the business to help build team management capabilities
- Respond to managers and employees on a range of queries covering polices, systems, immigration and benefits
- Lead regional implementation of all key global processes and initiatives (engagement survey, compensation reviews, performance management processes etc)
- Partner with Talent Acquisition and business leaders to ensure quality candidate selection
- Contribute to other regional P&OD initiatives and projects as required
- Have at least 8 years’ experience in a human resources business partnering role
- Have excellent organisational skills and the ability to work autonomously and prioritise tasks according to agreed deadlines
- Have a solid understanding of employment law and best practises in Australia
- Are detail orientated and quality focused
- Are an excellent communicator verbally and in writing
