Work as part of the APAC People team in support of the regional people strategy, focused on Linesight Australia business operations in Sydney and Melbourne

Build strong partnerships with the business leaders to help coach and advise on all people related matters and strategy

Be the point of contact for employee relations issues and solutions, ensuring employees and managers are provided with the necessary support

Coach, develop and mentor leaders within the business to help build team management capabilities

Respond to managers and employees on a range of queries covering polices, systems, immigration and benefits

Lead regional implementation of all key global processes and initiatives (engagement survey, compensation reviews, performance management processes etc)

Partner with Talent Acquisition and business leaders to ensure quality candidate selection

Contribute to other regional P&OD initiatives and projects as required

We would love to hear from you if you:

Have at least 8 years’ experience in a human resources business partnering role

Have excellent organisational skills and the ability to work autonomously and prioritise tasks according to agreed deadlines

Have a solid understanding of employment law and best practises in Australia

Are detail orientated and quality focused

Are an excellent communicator verbally and in writing

Love a dynamic environment with the opportunity to get involved across a range of initiatives

Excel in a collaborative and friendly team environment utilising your strong stakeholder management skills
