As a true Business Partner, you will be expected to consult and create solutions at a strategic commercial level while also providing hands-on HR support. You’ll work closely with inspiring and intelligent business leaders, developing effective relationships and influencing at all levels to deliver the people agenda aligned with business strategy.In addition to partnering with the business, you’ll be the first point of contact for HR queries and oversee an outsourced payroll. You’ll support Year-End activities, including salary reviews and incentive administration. Learning and Capability will also be a key focus. You’ll bring strong analytical skills to support the design and implementation of learning initiatives, helping to build a scalable, data-informed approach to capability development.What you will bring
To be successful in this role, you will be a commercial, confident HR Business Partner with exposure to Professional Services and proven experience managing all areas of HR.
Additionally, you will demonstrate:
- Exceptional relationship and influencing skills across all levels
- Experience in building capability development programs
- A high level of numeracy and an understanding of payroll and remuneration is highly desirable
- Prior experience in Professional Services would be ideal
- Ability to operate at a commercially strategic level, with a hands-on approach to transactional tasks
- Tertiary qualifications in HR or a related discipline
