Chandler Macleod are seeking experienced customer service representatives to join their client in Erskine Park, in a full time temp role!Are you a motivated individual with strong attention to detail? We need you!
In this role, you will be at the core of ensuring smooth operations, satisfying clients and customers.Responsibilities Include:

Handling inbound enquires; ranging from point of order, to billing and delivery
Using SAP to input order details
Adhering to all client requirements and demands
Liaising with stakeholders via phone and email

Essentially, you are coordinating deliveries, taking orders, ensuring a smooth experience for all clients and customers, as well as collaborating with stakeholders across the business!About You:

Strong SAP background
Excellent communication skills
The ability to work as part of a team

As this role is integral to customer satisfaction, you will be expected on site from Monday to Friday.
