Whether your handling enquiries, resolving complaints, or processing orders, you will uphold our 'Extreme Customer Service' guarantee at all times.TigerPak has a fast-paced, fun and vibrant culture with a focus on extreme Customer Service and going the extra mile for our clients. Handle incoming customer enquiries via phone & email.
Provide accurate product information and assistance with placing orders.
Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner through a ticket system.
Working with other departments in the business to ensure prompt resolution of customer issues.
Assist with administrative tasks as required.

About YouTo succeed in this role you will have:

Previous experience in customer service.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow within the company

Previous experience in processing orders in a fast-paced environment would be beneficial though not necessary. We offer training, both internal and external.
