- Working with your leader and your client groups to plan, develop and build people initiatives that align to the business strategy.
- Creating and maintaining relationships with leaders at all levels through regular, open conversations that support business outcomes.
- Providing support & advice to client groups across the whole employee life cycle, including attraction of talent, employee development, engagement, performance management, learning & development and compensation & benefits.
- Supporting and promoting CMC Market wide HR initiatives through proactive engagement with the HR team by adapting and delivering initiatives to your client groups.
- At least 2 years as a HR Business Partner or equivalent role; ideally Finance or Technology background
- Proven experience in both strategic and operational activities
- Ideally tertiary qualifications in a HR, business or psychology related discipline
- Proven strong influencing, coaching and communication skills
- Sound knowledge and experience in all aspects of Australian employment law, (New Zealand employment law experience desirable)
- Experience with entire HR remit with a focus on the employee experience, development, and performance management cycle including employment relations,
- Proven experience in building trusted relationships at all levels of the business
