While the centre is based in Macquarie, its impact will extend across the country to all our sites.Job DescriptionThe Role PurposeTo enhance the donor experience by delivering exceptional supporter care. This includes maintaining the CRM system, processing donations, issuing receipts and personalised thank you letters, managing donor acknowledgement, and providing data insights to strengthen donor engagement, retention, and overall giving experience.

Desired Skills and ExperienceTo be successful in this role you'll need to demonstrate you meet the following selection criteria.Essential:

Experience in donor care, fundraising administration, or customer service
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and accuracy in data and documentation
Proficient in using CRM systems (e.g. Raiser's Edge, or similar)
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Collaborative and professional approach to working with colleagues and program leads
Commitment to delivering a high-quality donor/supporter experience
Understanding of privacy, data protection, and fundraising compliance requirements
Working With Children Check
NDIS Worker Check

Desirable:

Experience in the not-for-profit or disability services sector
Desirable: Ability to analyse donor data and provide actionable insights
Desirable: Familiarity with donor journeys, appeals, and stewardship strategies
