- Plan and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns that drive consumer adoption of LawConnect and support lawyer engagement through LEAP Leads.
- Work with the Head of Global Marketing on campaign planning, competitor analysis, performance, and social media strategy.
- Partner with internal stakeholders across the Development Teams, Regional Marketing Teams, Sales and Customer Success to ensure marketing is aligned and impactful.
- Manage and evolve the LawConnect website, including updates and improvements in collaboration with content, digital and development teams.
- Develop product updates and collaborate on product marketing initiatives to drive adoption of platform features and highlight LEAP Lead's value proposition.
- Deploy and optimise email journeys and engagement campaigns for consumer audiences, supporting onboarding, education, and retention
- Lead day-to-day social media management partnering with content to plan, schedule and engage with our community across Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, Reddit and more.
- Write clear creative and campaign briefs for internal stakeholders and external agencies, ensuring alignment on messaging, timelines, and outcomes.
- Support PR and communications initiatives coordinating with agencies and identifying opportunities for thought leadership.
- Use tools like Braze, Google Analytics, and Looker Studio to track results and share actionable insights with the team.
- Demonstrated experience planning and managing email marketing campaigns and automated customer journeys
- A strong foundation in digital marketing and social media, with hands-on experience across key channels
- Proven campaign coordination skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
- Familiarity with marketing tools (e.g. Braze, GA4, CMS platforms, email tools)
