The firm is located in the heart of Brisbane CBD and is very accessible by public transport.ABOUT THE POSITION.This is a great opportunity for a Junior Quantity Surveyor who is looking to utilise and expand on their skill set and join a driven team to help them. In this role, you will be pivotal to the lifecycle of a project, from the feasibility of the project to the completion. The role will be pivotal to the success of any given project. You will be responsible for coordinating and managing stakeholders for the projects.DUTIES.

Manage Pre-Contract and Post-Contract stages.
Value engineering
Responsible for the measurement of quantities, estimates, cost plans, bills of quantities and pre-tender estimates.
Help Direct projects from feasibility through to the completion of the project, ensuring on time delivery and budget control.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.

A bachelor’s degree in project management or construction management
Minimum 1 years’ experience in Quantity Surveying
Experience working with CostX
