The Event and Conference Specialist is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering internal and external events, conferences, and stakeholder engagements. The role requires collaboration with internal teams, tenants, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure high-quality events that uphold the organisations reputation and deliver exceptional experiences.Key Responsibilities:
- Event Coordination: Manage logistics and delivery of corporate, stakeholder, and consumer events; liaise with vendors; respond to enquiries professionally; occasionally work after hours.
- Conference & Facility Management: Oversee bookings, operations, and performance of conference facilities; manage event calendars; ensure equipment and facilities are fully operational; monitor usage and client feedback; implement improvements.
- Event Marketing & Support: Work with Marketing team to create promotional materials; uphold brand standards; assist with post-event analysis.
- Administration & Collaboration: Maintain accurate records of bookings and expenses; provide reception relief when needed; support ad-hoc tasks; collaborate with Marketing and Communications team.
- Strong oral and written communication skills; professional presentation.
- Team player with the ability to build positive relationships internally and externally.
- High-quality service delivery and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage confidential information.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Self-starter capable of working autonomously and proactively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, CRM systems, and marketing analytics tools.
