- Partner with the Alliance Manager and Alliance Coach to promote high performance leadership behaviours with AMT and senior leadership team.
- Coach and mentor Support Services Leads to provide role clarity and clear direction for their functional teams.
- Be responsible for the creation and updates for all Support Services Management plans.
- Help plan AMT leadership strategy workshops with the Alliance Coach and track outcomes of each workshop
- Embed the Alliance vision, values, charter and behaviours, ensuring all senior leaders and Support Services team are delivering to this vision.
- Oversee the successful onboarding and offboarding of all project team members, addressing any bottle necks within the support services process.
- Manage escalated IR issues in partnership with the Alliance Manager and Construction Manager.
- Proactively engage with the community representing the project and construction impacts as a senior leader. Ensuring positive and proactive relationships with local communities are established.
- Support corporative initiatives to improve ICT project outcomes, in support of continuously developing and advancing ACCIONA systems capability.
- Manage the Workforce Development Advisor deliverables, ensuring opportunities are created and filled for Apprentices and Trainees throughput the project duration.
- Manage the Aboriginal Employee participation for subcontractors and direct hires for the project ensuring participation targets are reached.
- Relevant Tertiary qualifications.
- Preferable 10 years’ experience in a construction/engineering project environment.
- Demonstrated collaborative leadership skills and ability to influence and drive culture at all levels.
- Highly developed problem solving / analytical skills.
- Strong understanding of HR/IR practices in a construction environment.
- Familiarity with relevant legislation and compliance standards.
