Type: Ful time permanentRequired Skills and Experience:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Guidewire Claims Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of Guidewire ClaimCenter solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Guidewire ClaimCenter, strong architectural skills, and a solid understanding of insurance claims processes. This role will be instrumental in ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions that align with business goals and technology standards.Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise software architecture, with at least 5 years in Guidewire ClaimCenter.
- Strong understanding of P&C insurance domain, especially claims lifecycle and operations.
- Proficiency in Guidewire Studio, GOSU programming, and ClaimCenter configuration.
- Experience with Guidewire Cloud Platform (GCP) is a plus.
- Familiarity with integration technologies (SOAP/REST APIs, MQ, ESB, etc.).
- Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Guidewire ClaimCenter Certified Specialist or Architect
- TOGAF or other enterprise architecture certifications
- Agile/Scrum certifications
- Lead the end-to-end architecture of Guidewire ClaimCenter implementations and integrations.
- Define and document architectural standards, patterns, and best practices.
- Collaborate with enterprise architects to align ClaimCenter architecture with overall IT strategy.
- Design scalable and maintainable solutions for claims processing, automation, and reporting.
- Oversee configuration, customization, and integration of ClaimCenter modules.
- Guide development teams in implementing business rules, workflows, and UI components.
- Ensure adherence to Guidewire development standards and methodologies.
- Participate in code reviews and provide technical guidance to developers. Integration & Data
- Architect integrations with external systems such as policy administration, billing, CRM, and third-party services.
- Design data migration strategies and oversee execution from legacy systems to ClaimCenter.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with regulatory requirements. Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with business analysts, product owners, and claims operations to understand requirements.
- Translate business needs into technical solutions and communicate architectural decisions effectively.
- Provide thought leadership and technical expertise during project planning and execution.
- Ensure system performance, scalability, and reliability through proper design and testing.
- Implement monitoring and logging strategies for proactive issue resolution.
- Support QA teams in defining test strategies and automation frameworks.
