MSS Security is seeking casual Security Officers to represent our brand in a dynamic retail setting. You will play a key role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for customers, staff, and property. If you're driven, reliable, and thrive in fast-paced environments, we want you on our team.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct routine patrols and on-site inspections to uphold safety standards.Deliver a strong, visible deterrent against theft and antisocial behaviour.Respond rapidly and professionally to security incidents and escalate when needed.Collaborate confidently with team members and site personnel.Maintain accurate reports, logs, and complete basic digital documentation.RequirementsCurrent QLD Security Licence (Unarmed, Monitoring, Crowd Control).Certificate II or above in Security Operations.Full QLD Driver’s Licence (No restrictions).Valid First Aid and CPR certifications (Willing to obtain).Experience in retail or customer-facing roles (Highly Desirable).How to applyMSS Security is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
