This role is central to strengthening our footprint in Sydney’s residential construction market. You will:
- Manage and develop a portfolio of established residential builder and contractor accounts across NSW
- Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and convert warm leads into new business
- Provide expert product knowledge and client support to maintain high satisfaction and retention
- Conduct all business interactions professionally, ethically, and with a strong safety mindset
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customised solutions and timely service
- Stay up to date with market trends and competitor activity in the residential construction space
- Represent the business as a trusted advisor in the residential windows and doors sector
We’re seeking a relationship-focused professional with a solid background in sales or account management—ideally within the construction or building materials industry. You’ll need:
- Demonstrated experience in account management or B2B sales, preferably in building products
- Familiarity working with residential builders and contractors throughout NSW
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on building lasting partnerships
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple accounts and projects
- A consultative and solutions-oriented approach to addressing client needs
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and other CRM or sales software
