ROLE EXPECTATIONS:
This role is central to strengthening our footprint in Sydney’s residential construction market. You will:
  • Manage and develop a portfolio of established residential builder and contractor accounts across NSW
  • Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and convert warm leads into new business
  • Provide expert product knowledge and client support to maintain high satisfaction and retention
  • Conduct all business interactions professionally, ethically, and with a strong safety mindset
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customised solutions and timely service
  • Stay up to date with market trends and competitor activity in the residential construction space
  • Represent the business as a trusted advisor in the residential windows and doors sector
CANDIDATE EXPECTATIONS:
We’re seeking a relationship-focused professional with a solid background in sales or account management—ideally within the construction or building materials industry. You’ll need:
  • Demonstrated experience in account management or B2B sales, preferably in building products
  • Familiarity working with residential builders and contractors throughout NSW
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on building lasting partnerships
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple accounts and projects
  • A consultative and solutions-oriented approach to addressing client needs
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and other CRM or sales software
