Your Responsibilities:
Prepare accurate cost estimates, BOQs and tender pricing
Interpret plans and specifications for custom and standard designs
Liaise with drafting, construction and procurement teams
Update and maintain supplier pricing and costing databases
Support continual improvement of estimating procedures
What You’ll Need:
Residential estimating experience (project or custom builds)
Strong understanding of WA residential construction methods and costs
Proficiency in Databuild, Beams, Truth Engine or similar estimating software
High attention to detail and strong time management
Team player with clear and confident communication skills
