
Senior Estimator - Aviation

- Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, both internally and externally.
- Cost Management: Deliver pre- and post-contract quantity surveying services, including estimates, procurement, contract administration, and final accounts.
- Feasibility & Reporting: Conduct feasibility studies and prepare procurement reports to support strategic decision-making.
- Estimating & Planning: Develop and present detailed cost plans, ensuring accuracy and alignment with project goals.
- Tendering & Documentation: Manage tender processes from pre-qualification to contract compilation, including analysis and reporting.
- Project Oversight: Lead cost checks, valuations, and monthly reporting across large-scale projects, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Educational Background: Degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management.
- Industry Experience: Minimum 5 years in cost management/estimating, ideally within a consultancy and across infrastructure sectors.
- Professional Accreditation: Chartered status with AIQS, RICS, or an equivalent recognised body is preferred.
- Sector Knowledge: Experience in aviation projects is highly desirable, alongside broader infrastructure exposure.
- Business Development: Ability to identify opportunities and contribute to growth, with support from senior leadership.
