- Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy aligned with Home Health's expansion and growth ambitions and brings a whole of business approach across the B2B, B2C and B2G channels
- Identify new markets and segments for potential expansion, including developing funding strategy (which could be multi-channel)
- Driving Home Care growth through localised collaboration - Partnering with local organisations, councils, and community groups to build trust and awareness of our services, as well as, empowering our teams with local insights to design and execute BD plans that resonate with the people we serve
- Provide strong leadership, guidance and mentorship to the business development team - leading the sales and business development teams to deliver strong lead pipelines, contribute to HH achieving revenue targets and deliver new products in strategic areas
- Infuse a sales-focused mindset within the team to consistently achieve or surpass sales targets, contributing to revenue growth
- Develop sales strategies and value propositions to effectively position Home Health's services that aligns to the CVP of the business
- Role model the aspired Leadership behaviors to source, lead, develop and retain high quality team members aligned to the Australian Unity culture
- Partner and collaborate across functions to deliver on key strategic initiatives and drive customer obsession
- Relevant tertiary and post graduate qualifications preferred. Successful completion
- Strong understanding of the Home Care sector and the dynamics of local community engagement would be very highly regarded.
- Demonstrated success in driving growth through B2B, B2C, and B2G strategies.
- Proven ability to lead, inspire and guide a team, fostering collaboration, innovation and continuous improvement.
- Strategic thinker with a strong commercial acumen and data-driven decision-making capability.
- High degree of financial literacy and highly commercial acumen with the ability to interpret data and market trends.
- Familiarity with the aged care sector, including it's challenges, trends and opportunities.
