Highly proficient in Pre-Contract & Post Contract Quantity Surveying including Cost Estimates, Commercial Management, Variation & Claims Management, Monitoring Project Budgets
Develop cost plans and project capital estimates through the design phase, delivering updated cost plans at appropriate design milestones.
Prepare cost reports and estimate packages, and regularly present to stakeholders.
Provide commercial input to design optioneering and input into value engineering exercises.
Delivering quality work and positioning for new opportunities
Work proactively with minimal supervision
Ability to manage juniors in the team

Qualifications

With Defence clearance or Australian Citizen as minimum
Quantity Surveying, or related, degree

5 years' experience * AIQS or RICS member is ideal but not essential.

Experience in CostX is preferred.
