  • Be part of a team trusted by CEOs, boards, and investors for over 30 years.
  • Work with leading private equity firms across the full investment lifecycle-from diligence and value creation to strategic transformation.

This is a hybrid role based in either Warrang - Sydney or Naarm - Melbourne.Your key responsibilitiesAs a Senior Associate (Senior Manager), you'll play a pivotal role in delivering strategic outcomes for our clients.
  • Lead teams of 3-5 consultants on commercial due diligence, exit support, and portfolio company strategy.
  • Manage day-to-day project execution and ensure timely delivery of client requirements.
  • Facilitate client meetings and present findings that influence major investment decisions.
  • Collaborate with EY-Parthenon and client teams, bringing your expertise to guide engagements.
  • Provide intellectual leadership by shaping frameworks, guiding research, and generating insights.
  • Build trust-based relationships with clients and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
Skills and attributes for successWe're seeking someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-impact environments and brings a strategic mindset to every challenge.
  • Undergraduate or postgraduate degree with a strong academic record.
  • 5-6 years of experience in strategy consulting, private equity, or corporate finance.
  • Proven ability to lead teams, manage client relationships, and deliver complex projects.
  • Strong analytical skills and a knack for solving problems through quantitative thinking.
  • Collaborative, ethical, and adaptable with excellent communication skills.
  • Passion for continuous growth and professional development.

  • Background in investment banking, venture capital, or private equity-backed companies.
  • Exposure to transactions and investment lifecycle activities.
  • Ability to influence client agendas and navigate stakeholder networks.
