Are you driven to create workplaces that are safe, inclusive, and high-performing? Fuse Recruitment is on the lookout for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to play a key role in our Human Resources and Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) functions.
You’ll work across the employee lifecycle—from recruitment and onboarding to compliance and safety—helping to build a strong, engaged, and supported team environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and employee induction processes
- Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and job descriptions
- Manage the HRIS platform and training calendar
- Support employee engagement initiatives and performance review processes
- Ensure compliance with WHS legislation and regulatory requirements
- Conduct safety audits, risk assessments, and WHS reporting
- Oversee workplace inductions, licence tracking, and incident management
- Qualifications in Human Resources, WHS, or Business Administration
- 3–5 years of experience in HR, WHS, or administrative coordination
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS platforms
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A collaborative, compliance-focused, and safety-minded attitude
