- Coordinate staff scheduling and rostering in line with contractual requirements.
- Assist with reporting and record-keeping across operational services.
- Respond promptly to ad hoc scheduling requests, client queries, and issues.
- Maintain databases and documentation, including service requests and updates.
- Provide general administrative and operational support as required.
- Previous experience in scheduling, rostering, or administration.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working across teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems quickly.
- High attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a proactive mindset.
