- Analyse current business processes using data, stakeholder input, and best practice frameworks
- Facilitate workshops and interviews to uncover improvement opportunities
- Create process maps and documentation using tools like Visio and BPMN2.0
- Identify inefficiencies, risks, and automation opportunities across operations
- Recommend and implement process changes, including AI integration and performance metrics
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure successful delivery of improvements
- Monitor and report on the impact of changes, supporting continuous improvement initiatives
- Experience in process improvement, business analysis, or operations
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to solve problems and identify impactful solutions
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills across all levels of the organisation
- Ability to translate business requirements into clear, actionable insights
- Skilled in managing multiple tasks and priorities within project environments
- Proficient in process mapping tools (e.g. Visio, BPMN2.0) and data analysis platforms (Excel, Power BI, SQL)
- Collaborative and proactive, with a passion for driving continuous improvement and challenging the status quo
- Familiarity with change management principles and regulatory compliance standards
- Experience working cross-functionally with teams such as IT, Operations, Risk, and Customer Service
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant field or equivalent industry experience
