With a long-standing presence in the industry, they are committed to building trusted relationships and supporting clients across a broad range of needs.The OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced Business Services Manager to lead client engagements and manage a portfolio across accounting, tax, and business advisory. This role offers the opportunity to build strong client relationships while mentoring a high-performing team.Key Responsibilities

Manage and review financial accounts and tax returns across multiple client structures.
Provide strategic tax and business advisory services.
Oversee workflow, budgets, and deadlines to ensure efficient delivery.
Mentor and develop a business services team.
Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor.
Support partners with special projects, research, and workflow.

About You

CA/CPA qualifications post a relevant degree.
5+ years’ hands-on Business Services management experience.
Seeking career growth to potentially move up to a partner within 3 to 5 years.
A collaborative and supportive leadership style and an ability to develop staff.
