- Provide taxation and superannuation advice to partners, staff, and clients as requested
- Conduct research and prepare technical advice, ensuring appropriate use of external specialist resources.
- Prepare client-facing advice, newsletters, and communications.
- Organise and deliver internal and external seminars, discussions, and staff training sessions.
- Oversee regular superannuation team meetings, including agendas, minutes, and follow-ups.
- Manage staff training on technical updates, including BGL Simple Fund software, and ensure team compliance.
- Maintain and update internal processes, standard letters, checklists, and accounting procedures.
- Report key outcomes and updates to partners, Practice Manager, and IT Manager.
- CA/CPA qualified with strong expertise in taxation and superannuation.
- Proven experience in a professional services environment with staff leadership or mentoring.
- Excellent technical knowledge of accounting standards and compliance requirements.
- Effective communicator with the ability to present complex information clearly to staff and clients.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to continuous improvement of processes and team capability.
